38-year-old actress Lindsay Lohan welcomed her son, Luai, into the world back in 2023 with her husband, Bader Shammas.
And now, less than two years later, Lohan is ready to have another kid. She spoke to Elle about the struggles of trying to determine when the correct time is to add another.
I feel like we live in a different world now, where women make it such a point, especially in motherhood, to make time for ourselves. We make it important. But also, once you have one kid, you’re like, ‘Oh, my kid needs a kid to play with.’ That’s where I’m at. I’m like, ‘He needs a friend.’
Lohan explained that she had three siblings of her own, and she understands how nothing can beat that bond you have between siblings.
She also revealed she wants to have more kids so she’ll have more people to take care of her when she’s older:
Also, I don’t know if it’s selfish — but I’m like, ‘I need more than one kid to take care of me when I’m older.’
LOL! A little selfish, but hey, at least she’s honest about it!
No word on if she and her husband are actively trying to have another baby right now, or if they’re still in the planning phase.
