It looks like Zoe Kazan and Paul Dano are expanding their family. Back in 2018, they welcomed their first daughter together, and now in 2022 they’ve announced their second baby is on the way.
The 39-year-old actress debuted her baby bump on the cover of Marie Claire’s new issue, which highlights Kazan’s new film, She Said.
A rep for Kazan has not responded to the media’s request for comment. Meanwhile, Dano’s rep had “no comment,” so it looks like they’re trying to keep things private, much like they did with their last pregnancy.

Dano surprised everyone in 2018 when he went on The Tonight Show and revealed Kazan had actually given birth just weeks prior. Jimmy Fallon congratulated him on becoming a father and then asked him how he felt about it.
I’m so tired and I’m so in love. It’s so extreme. Your heart has gone supernova in one sense. And then we landed from London last week and she cried for like 24 straight hours and you kind of just want to walk through a wall.
Oh, boy. I think all new parents can relate to that quote so hard. I think he explained it perfectly.
While speaking to Marie Claire, Kazan was also asked about parenthood. She talked about trying to find that work-life balance.
Everyone talks about work-life balance, but it’s also really hard to balance your priorities. I wanted to be the person who took my daughter to her first day of preschool, and I couldn’t do that because I felt like this job, this work was as important as that. And vice versa.
No word on when this new baby is expected to enter the world, but knowing Kazan and Dano, we won’t know for a solid month or two after.
