Patrick Mahomes is currently in the middle of the NFL preseason, but back home, his wife, Brittany, had to handle a pretty scary incident with their 8-month-old son, Bronze.
Brittany went on her Instagram Story on Thursday to reveal she had just returned from a “scary and frantic” trip to the hospital the day before.
We took a very scary and frantic trip to the ER yesterday after finding out this guy is highly highly allergic to peanuts. The scariest 30 min of my life.
She shared an adorable photo of the little guy drinking from his bottle, clearly feeling better from his medical scare.

We’re sure that was a scary call for Patrick to get as he prepares for the upcoming NFL season. He’s probably 100% focused on training, but we have to imagine he was a little distracted on Wednesday.
In addition to Bronze, Patrick and Brittany also share a 2-year-old daughter together. And some insiders say after this season, they could be expanding their family!
