Whoops! Former ‘American Idol‘ star Katharine McPhee welcomed her first baby boy a little over two years ago, and like most first-time moms, she’s made some blunders along the way.
Her latest one? Cooking her son’s iPad in the oven!
She posted an Instagram Story this week, captioning a video of her taking out a crispy-looking iPad from the oven…
Just over here cooking iPads. I tried to hide it and forgot it was in there while [heating] up the oven for my chicken special. Poor Rennie.
McPhee explained the iPad was placed in the oven because Rennie would not stop asking for it, so she decided to hide it in the oven. Unfortunately, even she forgot she had placed it inside.
She got oven mitts and removed the iPad to the edge of the sink, remarking, ‘Oh my God, it smells really bad,’ moving to carry it out of the house as the video concluded.
The good news for Rennie is that between McPhee and her husband David Foster, they have a net worth close to $200 million, so we’re pretty sure they can afford to buy him another iPad.
