Being a single parent isn’t easy, even when you’re a billionaire, at least according to Kim Kardashian. The 43-year-old reality star, who is worth a cool $1.7 billion, recently admitted she’s still trying to figure out life as a single parent.
During the latest episode of The Kardashians, Kim detailed her recent travels around the world, and then talked about how she recently did a podcast where she talked a lot about parenting.
I just did the Jay Shetty podcast where I spoke about parenting, and I mean, I should be used to it by now, but everyone had a lot to say. The struggles that my kids go through really have nothing to do with the amount of help that I have.
She went on to talk about how having nannies and a chef to help cook dinner every night is obviously helpful, but at the end of the day, her kids just want to spend time with her.
It takes a village to raise kids, but at the end of the day, your kids only want you. The one thing that everyone has in common is just the amount of time that we have. I’m raising four kids and I split my time between my work, my family, my four kids and I want to make sure that my kids have 90% of that.
If you haven’t been keeping count, Kim has a total of four children with her ex-husband, Kanye West. And she hasn’t been getting much help from him in the parenting department. He’s been out in Italy with his new boo for the last two or three months.
