No one is grumpier than Hugh Grant. The 63-year-old movie star might be known for playing the charming leading role in some of your favorite rom-coms, but in real life? He’s a little bit of a grouch, albeit still a funny one.
During a conversation with PEOPLE to promote his upcoming film, Wonka, Grant complained that his free time is largely occupied by his five children.
Well, I live here in the UK and I have no fun at all. I’m swamped in children, and I’m too old for them.

For those who don’t know, the ‘Love Actually’ star has two kids (ages 12 and 9) with his ex-wife, Tinglan Hong. He has three kids with his current wife, Anna Eberstein.
He’s pretty private about his family. We don’t even know the names of his two youngest kids, but sometimes he shares his parenting techniques. During an interview in 2020, he admitted that he’s probably more like his mother than his father when it comes to parenting.
Stylistically, I’m probably more like my mother than my father. As children, she was quite silly with us with lots of silly voices. I do that with my children, but I’m not sure they enjoy it. They roll their eyes half the time.
