Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos talk a lot about their children on their daytime talk show, Live with Kelly and Mark, and on Tuesday’s episode of the show, two of their three kids actually made a surprise appearance!
Their 22-year-old daughter Lola and 26-year-old son Michael are home for the holidays, so they decided to stop by and join their parents for a family cooking segment on the show.
They started out the segment by asking their kids for an update on their lives. Michael responded first, “It’s been great. I’m living in Brooklyn. Been producing for the Real Housewives. About two years of that now, so — I’m still sane!”
As for Lola? Well, she’s been living in London and pursuing a career in music, “London is amazing. Making music. Everyone please stream my songs. Tell your children to as well!”
After the update, the kids instructed their parents on how to make gingerbread cookies because those are Michael’s favorite cookies.
Following the episode, Ripa went on her Instagram account to share a photo that was snapped after filming, captioning the post, “A Christmas cookie miracle brought to you by Michael and Lola. And before you ask…Joaquin is in Michigan.”
Joaquin is their third kid. He’s 20-years-old and presumably going to school in Michigan.
