Back in January, Rihanna shocked the world by revealing she was pregnant with her second child during her Super Bowl performance.
And while it certainly seemed like she had it all planned out, during a new interview with Access Hollywood she explained that it wasn’t originally in the plans.
Here’s the thing. I did what I had to do, right? My jumper couldn’t zip up. No one knew I was pregnant. I just told my stylist, ‘Make sure it’s stretchy.’ So the undergarment was stretchy and this was baggy, but you know, the zip. It just stopped right there! So it had to be what it had to be.
You could have fooled us! It certainly looked planned to us. Sounds like she had no other choice. You can’t do a costume switch that late in the game.
She welcomed this second child back in August, and according to sources, she loves everything about motherhood.
She loves being a mom so this is where her mind is at the moment. She is the happiest she has ever been.
And while fans are happy for her, they’re also hoping she puts a pause on the baby making so she can return to making music again.
Still no word on when/if she plans to release a new album.
