Surprise, surprise! ‘Handmaid’s Tale‘ star Elisabeth Moss is pregnant with her first baby. She shared the exciting news during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
She proudly showed off her baby bump. Kimmel asked, “Are you pregnant or just an incredibly committed method actor?”
“A little bit of both,” she replied with a laugh. She added that she’s been “really lucky” during this first pregnancy because she hasn’t had many side effects or complications. “It’s been going really well,” she noted.
She also asked Jimmy for advice, and he shared a tip he got from Bill Murray years ago…
He said, ‘Bring Christmas lights to hang up [in the delivery room] Because the lighting is terrible in the room. It’s Walmart-style lighting for this blessed event that’s going to happen and you don’t want that.
Not the typical parenting advice you expect, but still… useful! Good lighting can really change the whole mood of a place.
Moss did not reveal her due date, but insiders say it’s approaching quickly. The 41-year-old actress is very private when it comes to her personal life, so don’t expect to hear too many updates.
