As most of you know, Paris Hilton is now a mother to two children. She and her husband Carter Reum share a 16-month-old son named Phoenix and a 5-month-old daughter named London.
Her kids are still young, so they probably won’t be asking for phones anytime soon, but when they do? Paris says she’s going to hold them off for as long as possible.
I hope that they are nerds like their dad and don’t want anything to do with that. So I’m going to try to not have them have a phone for a while because I think it’s just…some of these kids are just getting phones at way too young of an age and there’s just so many things online that I wouldn’t even want my children to be exposed to. So I never thought I would say this, but I’m going to be the strict mom.
A lot of new parents are beginning to adopt this mindset. Most everyone agrees kids/teens are little too attached to their phones. Heck, even parents are too attached to their phones. It would all do us wonders if we took a step back from them.
Paris also talked about how she just wants her kids to be kind and loving…
I just want my children just to feel just so loved and seen and want to be that next generation of someone that brings positivity to the world and just to have big hearts and big loving. That’s something that’s really important to me.
