Rihanna has two sons, RZA, 2, and Riot, 10 months, with her partner A$AP Rocky. And while she’s been absolutely loving motherhood, there have been some unexpected side effects.
During a new interview with Refinery29, which was shared on their Instagram, the 36-year-old singer admitted she did not expect to lose her hair following the birth of her children. “It was not on the pamphlet,” she added.
I did not expect it to happen in waves, either. I thought it would just happen and grow back. I had patches of hair that fell off in different places.
But instead of letting it get her down, she decided to get creative. She took this as an opportunity to switch up her hairstyle, “I learned to embrace it. I got a little more creative with my hair stuff.”
Of course, there is a reason she’s sharing all this. She just launched her Fenty Hair product line this week, to go along with her already successful Fenty Beauty.
Rihanna’s new Fenty haircare line launched Thursday, featuring everything from moisturizing shampoo ($29) to a heat-protecting styling cream ($28).
