As most of you know, Anna Faris shares an 11-year-old son named Jack with her ex-husband, Chris Pratt. The 47-year-old actress recently sat down for an interview with Hoda Kotb, and she talked a little about Jack.
She admitted she’s still shocked by how fast everything moves when you’re a parent. “You miss it sometimes when you look at old photos,” she admitted, before revealing her son recently told her that he was getting armpit hair.
I think I’m really loving the age he’s at. Although, he told me that he has an armpit hair. So, it’s happening.
In addition to Jack, she’s a stepmother to her husband Michael Barrett’s two kids. He has a 20-year-old daughter and a 17-year-old son from a previous relationship.

During the interview, Faris admitted she didn’t know how to interact with them at first…
But when I first was entered into their lives I had no idea how to relate to them. So I remember trying to be really cool, like blasting music when I would go pick up my stepdaughter, and, of course, she was mortified. That’s kind of one example of my stumbling through that position.
Oh no. There’s no point in trying to be cool in front of teenagers. You’ll never convince them, especially not if you’re actively trying.
