Last October, Michael Strahan shared the difficult news that his 19-year-old daughter, Isabella, was diagnosed with brain cancer.
It was obviously an emotional time for the family. Robin Roberts, Michael’s GMA co-anchor, actually interviewed him and Isabella shortly after the diagnosis was made public.
Now, nearly one year later, we’re happy to report Isabella is cancer free!
She went on her Instagram Story this past week to share a photo she snapped with her mom, Jean, as they moved her back in at the University of Southern California.
This comes just a couple weeks after she announced her final scan revealed that all the cancer was gone.
“Cancer-free and everything is great. I don’t have another doctor’s appointment until October,” she wrote at the time.
Such great news! Michael called her a “SUPERWOMAN” for beating cancer, and honestly, we agree. Cast her in the next Marvel movie!
