Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott have a total of five kids together, and as any parent knows, just trying to raise one kid is hard enough.
But five of those little rascals? That’s asking a lot.
During a recent episode of her ‘MisSPELLING‘ podcast, the 51-year-old star admitted she’s started dressing her youngest son Beau for school the night before.
It’s so bad. I’ve gotten so lazy with my youngest one because there’s so many, that at night I put him in his clothes for the next day. And convinced him that it’s cool to do that. So, he has dinner, he takes his bath — sometimes— but then I’ll be like, ‘Hey, dude. It will save an extra five minutes if we get dressed now and then you can sleep later.’
She’s convinced him it’s for his benefit, but really, she desperately needs the extra five minutes of sleep every morning.
“Am I a bad mom?” she question on her podcast. We know she wasn’t asking us, but we would say no! If the kid is happy with it, then what’s the problem? We do wonder just how wrinkled his clothes must be, but we suppose it doesn’t matter when they’re that young. School’s not a fashion show!
In addition to 7-year-old Beau, Spelling is also a mom to Liam, 17, Stella, 16, Hattie, 12, and Finn, 11.
Safe to say, she has her hands full! Sadly, we don’t think she’ll be able to convince her teenagers that sleeping in their school clothes is “cool.”
