Chrissy Teigen “Grateful” To Be Celebrating Daughter’s Birthday At Home Amid L.A. Fires

Like thousands of others in Los Angeles, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend had to evacuate their home last week during the worst of the fires.

But thankfully, their house survived and they were able to return this past weekend, just in time to celebrate their daughter’s second birthday.

She posted to her Instagram Stories, sharing a snap of a homemade cake she made for little Esti. She captioned the photo, “I’m feeling grateful to be back home. This is all I could muster up for Esti’s birthday.”

Apparently, Esti is a fan of wrestling!

It’s been a hectic week for the family, so we’re sure it was nice to have a slice of normalcy with a small birthday celebration.

Last week, Teigen shared a mirror selfie, revealing how frightening it was having to rush out of their home.

“This is surreal I’m very scared now. Packing. 4 dogs, 4 kids and a bearded dragon walk into a hotel,” she wrote.

Here’s to hoping they don’t have to evacuate again!
