Cardi B Shares Adorable New Photo Of Her Son Wave

It’s been a minute since we’ve heard from Cardi B, and that’s because she’s been busy being a mother to two children! As most of you know, the 29-year-old rapper gave birth to her first child, a baby girl named Kulture in July of 2018.

She welcomed the baby with rapper Offset, several months after they secretly tied the knot in 2017. Since saying “I Do” in 2017, the two stars have split a handful of times, but always seem to find their way back to each other.

And in June of 2021, they revealed that they were expecting their second kid together. Cardi gave birth to a healthy baby boy named Wave on September 4, 2021.

Just this past week, Cardi went on her Instagram Stories to share an adorable photo of her 11-month-old baby boy.

The ‘Up’ singer, 29, shared a new photo of son Wave Set, 11 months, in an adorable outfit. Wave sits up with a straight face, dressed in a ribbed shirt, striped pants and a yellow bib with a bee on it. He grips the pacifier leash clipped to his bib in his tiny hand.

And while this is only Cardi’s second child, Offset has three other kids from previous relationships, so he’s been doing this dad thing for a long time. His oldest is 12-years-old.

That doesn’t bother Cardi though. In fact, she doesn’t understand why others would have a problem with it.

When I was pregnant with Kulture, a lot of people [were] like, ‘Oh, he has three kids already; why would you have a kid with somebody that has three kids?’ And it’s like, how is that such a bad thing? My dad has eight kids, and we all get along, and it feels better, fuller. And with Offset, I feel like his kids just bring a pop of fun to life when they’re in his house. I actually love it. It brings out a different side of him that I like to see, and I love to see my baby interacting with her siblings. The more the merrier.

Cardi definitely seems like the type who values family, so it makes sense that a full house makes her feel complete.

We have to imagine she’ll have at least one other kid with Offset. There’s no way she’s stopping at two!
