The Baldwin family will continue to grow, and Hilaria Baldwin doesn’t care what anyone thinks about it. The 38-year-old wife of 64-year-old actor Alec Baldwin is currently pregnant with her seventh child.
Alec and Hilaria met in 2011 and got married in 2012. They welcomed their first child in 2013, and then just didn’t stop, welcoming another one in 2015, 2016, 2018, 2020 and 2021.
And while some people have expressed negative opinions about their large family, Hilaria doesn’t let the comments get her down.
The former yoga instructor spoke directly to the haters on her Instagram with black-and-white maternity photos. She captioned the post:
7th baby: when people ask or comment, we often go to silly and very self-deprecating jokes on my part. I love to laugh at myself—so it’s all good…keeps me sane. All jokes aside, however, I am grateful for this experience. I know too well the joys and the losses, the beauty and the heartache, that motherhood brings. I have learned to respect and embrace the wonderful, the hard, the uncomfortable, the magical, and the unknown of this incredible process I am so blessed to experience again and again.
Alec commented on the post, writing, “You are a very special person and my hope is that your children are as special as you.”
It’s a little strange he said “your children” instead of “our children” but hey, who are we to judge?
At 64-years-old, you have to wonder how many more kids Alec wants to have. He shares one other kid, Ireland, from a previous marriage with Kim Basinger. So in total, he’ll have eight kids once this new baby arrives. That’s Nick Cannon territory.
Hilaria is expected to give birth in a few months. It’s worth noting that when this new baby turns 20, Alec will be turning 84-years-old… yikes.
