Alec and Hilaria Baldwin are well on their way to forming a complete baseball team. The happily married couple have welcomed their seventh child together.
The 64-year-old actor and his 38-year-old wife announced the news on Sunday via a sweet Instagram post. Hilaria posted a video montage announcing the birth of Ilaria Catalina Irena.
The bundle of joy was born on September 22 and weighed 6lbs, 13 oz, according to the Instagram post.
And while this is Hilaria’s seventh child, it’s the eighth for Alec, who shares a daughter named Ireland with his ex-wife, Kim Basinger.
Alec and Hilaria must like having babies in the home because in the past two years, they’ve welcomed two other children. They’re basically just a baby or two behind Nick Cannon.
It does appear this baby might be their last though. Back in March, Hilaria admitted to being “so tired” and confirmed this seventh baby was a bit of a surprise.
We were pretty sure our family was complete, and we’re beyond happy with this surprise. Our new baby is a very bright spot in our lives. A blessing and a gift during such uncertain times.
This new arrival means that Alec will be the father of a 16-year-old when he’s 80-years-old. Pretty wild stuff, but hey… to each their own.
Congrats to the happy family!
