During a recent conversation on the ‘Not Skinny But Not Fat‘ podcast, Kourtney Kardashian talked a lot about the three kids she shares with her ex-boyfriend, Scott Disick.
At one point, she revealed that her 10-year-old daughter, Penelope, has basically slept with her every day since she was born.
She’s slept with me every day since she was born and pretty much still does. Unless she has a friend sleep over or unless she leaves me to go sleep at Travis [Barker]‘s or Auntie KoKo’s or Auntie Kiki’s. But besides that, we are so close. She is my mini me. I can’t even explain it. She is my girl that I do not worry about.
In addition to Penelope, she also has 12-year-old Mason and 7-year-old Reign. Kourtney talked about how she feels like she’s in a different place than Khloe and Kim, which means she’s not as close to them anymore.
I think that when Khloé was pregnant with True and Kim had a surrogate at that time, I felt like they really bonded. They were going through the same things. That’s when I was unhappy with the show — partially because of them two, kind of ganging up. I think life just isn’t the same. I think I’m in a different place.
But she notes she’s not on bad terms with her sisters. It’s just, they don’t spend all day together anymore. They still talk though. She said she just FaceTimed Khloe on the way to drop her kids off at school the morning of the podcast taping.
Kourtney has always been a little different than her sisters. She definitely doesn’t seem to enjoy the spotlight as much, but at the same time, the spotlight pays her bills. It’s a balancing act. No doubt about it.
