Talk show host Andy Cohen is constantly busy with work, juggling multiple gigs at once, while also trying to raise two kids.
The 54-year-old spoke with PEOPLE recently and shared that he’s 100% comfortable sharing the fact that he has a nanny for his children.
I’m a single dad and so I need help. And I’m appreciative of the help that I have and I’m fortunate. I’m not only a single dad, but I have five serious jobs. But the good news about my jobs is that I’m really able to be in and out of the apartment all day.
Cohen has a 3-year-old son named Benjamin and a 6-month-old daughter named Lucy Eve, so you can imagine just how hectic his life must be, trying to take care of a 3-year-old and a 6-month-old.
But still, even with his busy schedule, he makes quality time with his kids a priority.
I’m with my kids in the morning. I get Ben ready for school. I take them to school every day. Every day I get two hours with him in the morning. And then we’re back and forth during the day. He’s in and out, I’m in and out. And then at night, I get to put him to bed. So compared to a lot of working parents, I see my kids far more.
He also talked about his upcoming Thanksgiving plans, saying he’s extremely thankful his family is coming to him in New York City so he doesn’t have to fly across the country with two kids.
