If you haven’t been keeping up with the Kardashians, then you might not remember how Kourtney Kardashian’s son, Reign, rocked long hair for several years. In fact, they didn’t cut his hair until he was five-years-old.
During a recent conversation with her sister, Khloe, for Interview Magazine, Kourtney admitted she still has the hair from his first haircut.
I have Reign’s hair, because we didn’t cut his hair until he was five. So I have his long braid and I smell it often.
Khloe seemed a little shocked by the admission. Kourtney offered to show her sister the hair, but Khloe turned down the offer, “Oh no, I’m fine with that.”
Kourtney shares 7-year-old Reign with her ex Scott Disick. They also have a 12-year-old son named Mason and a 10-year-old daughter named Penelope.
And believe it or not, Kourtney is pretty strict when it comes to her kids. Even though they grew up starring on reality television, they’re not allowed to watch much TV. Back in 2017, she revealed her kids get 30 minutes of screen time on the weekdays and one hour on the weekend.
Three years later in 2020, she confirmed she was still setting boundaries.
My kids don’t have phones, but I make sure that all the devices in the house – iPads and computers – have the Night Shift [which reduces blue light] on 24 hours a day.
And you know what? A lot of celebrities and people high up in tech have this same mindset, which should tell you something. They’re promoting and selling these items to you and your family, and they don’t even trust those same devices with their own family.
I’m not sure how we got here. Weren’t we talking about hair?
