We all know Ben Affleck loves his Boston sports teams, so it wasn’t surprising to see him sitting courtside as the Boston Celtics took on the Los Angeles Lakers.
It was surprising to see his 10-year-old son, Samuel, sitting right next to him. Ben is pretty private when it comes to his children, not typically taking them to crowded/public events. But they were front and center on Tuesday night to cheer on the Celtics.
The two shared snacks and laughs throughout the game, both wearing jeans and colorful sneakers for the occasion. Affleck, 50, wore a cream-colored button-down cardigan while Samuel wore a gray t-shirt with a flannel over it.
It was a pretty thrilling game as well, with the Celtics winning 122-118 after a tough battle on the court.

Ben shares Samuel with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner. They also have two daughters together, 17-year-old Violet and 13-year-old Seraphina.
He’s also now the stepfather to Jennifer Lopez’s two kids, so yeah, he’s a legit family man now.
