‘Selling Sunset‘ star Heather Rae El Moussa (nee Young) is not having a grand time this Christmas. The former model is pregnant with her first child, and apparently the pregnancy has triggered unbearable sciatic pain.
In an Instagram story posted on December 25, the 35-year-old real estate agent spoke to her 3 million followers from her bed.
My sciatica is on another level. I’m in so much pain and so I came up to rest {and] lay on the bed [with] a heating pad. It’s unbearable and at this point, I’m peeing like five to six times a night, so I’m, like, rolling myself out of bed, screaming in pain.
Yikes. Sounds miserable.
Earlier this month, she revealed her doctor had placed her on bed rest to help manage the pain. For those who don’t know, sciatica refers to pain, weakness, or numbness that occurs down the sciatic nerve through the lower back and leg.
As mentioned above, this will be her first child, although she’s already a stepmom to Tarek El Moussa’s children. He has two kids with his ex-wife, Christina Hall.
No word on an exact due date, but sources say the baby is expected to arrive in early 2023, so we’re sure Heather is counting down the days. The hope is that the pain goes away once she gives birth.
In the meantime, she’ll attempt to distract herself with quality time with the family..
