Who saw this coming? Paris Hilton and her husband Carter Reum shocked their fans this week by revealing they secretly welcomed a baby boy together via surrogate.
The 41-year-old reality star posted a photo to her Instagram account in which she held her baby’s hand. She wrote, “You are already loved beyond words.”
She also sent out a statement to PEOPLE, conforming the surprise baby announcement:
It’s always been my dream to be a mother, and I’m so happy that Carter and I found each other. We are so excited to start our family together, and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy.
Hilton did not reveal when the baby was born. She also did not reveal the baby boy’s name, but that’s to be expected these days. The Kardashians have made revealing your baby’s name a whole event now.
For those who don’t know, Hilton and Reum got engaged back in February of 2021 after dating for a little over a year. They then got married in November of 2021. Reum is an author, entrepreneur and started a venture capital firm, so you know he has lots of money.
Congrats to the happy couple! It’s no longer a “simple life” for Paris Hilton.
