We love a girl dad, and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is one of the best. The mega movie star shared a video on his Instagram account this past weekend.
And in the video, his two youngest daughters can be seen giving him a pretty chaotic makeover. They covered him in pink lipstick and black eyeshadow, repeatedly telling him, “You’re a girl!” and “You need more makeup!”
In the caption, Johnson explained that his daughters asked him if they could give him a makeover. He originally said no because he had a Zoom meeting in 10 minutes. They then said, “PLEASE! IT’LL BE QUICK!” and Johnson could not say no.
“Ok, but make it quick but only do my nails and make me look handsome,” he replied.
Well, if you were the one scheduled to have a Zoom meeting with Johnson this past weekend, at least you know he wasn’t lying when said, “I have to cancel because my daughters covered me in makeup.”
Johnson has three daughters in total. The two you see in the video above, and then he also has 21-year-old Simone, who he shares with his first wife, Dany Garcia.
In an interview with PEOPLE, Johnson talked about how his daughters have taught him to just be present.
You can be wired, as a lot of fathers are, to fix things. Just having an expanded capacity to listen and be more tender and gentle really gave me that ability to solve whatever the issue is, but with them compared to for them.
