The 48-year-old Oscar-winning actress has welcomed twins (one boy, one girl) with her husband, Philip Schneider.
The ‘Alaska Daily‘ star announced the news on her Instagram account on Sunday, April 9. She captioned a photo of her holding her newborn babies on each shoulder while looking out at the sunset.
She captioned the photo: “It wasn’t easy. But boy (and girl!) was it worth it. 👼🏼🤍👼🏼 Happy Easter! 🐣🐣”
You’ll remember she first shocked the world with her pregnancy news back in October of 2022. She told Good Morning America that this was something she has been wanting for a very long time.
This is something that I’ve been wanting for a long time and my next thing is I’m gonna be a mom. And not just of one, but of two. I can’t believe it.
Pretty incredible stuff. Not many people are pushing out babies at nearly 50-years-old! More power to her. That’s for sure.
