During the season 3 premiere of Hulu’s ‘The Kardashians‘ Khloe Kardashian finally revealed the name of her 10-month-old son, Tatum.
Fans had been speculating for nearly a year on the name, and now they finally have an answer. Khloe welcomed Tatum via surrogate last year after experiencing a difficult birth with her first-born, True.

During Thursday’s premiere episode, Khloe admitted she struggled to connect with Tatum, referring to the surrogacy process as a mindf**k.
I felt really guilty that this woman just had my baby. I take the baby and I go to another room and you’re sort of separated. It’s such a transactional experience ’cause it’s not about him. It’s a mind f–k. It’s really the weirdest thing. I wish someone was honest about surrogacy and the difference of it. It’s still great, it’s just very different.
Of course, she’s not the only Kardashian sister to go down the surrogacy route. You’ll remember Kim welcomed her two youngest children (Chicago and Psalm) via surrogacy back in 2018 and 2019.
She has talked a lot about the process, saying she wanted to develop a connection with the woman carrying her child.
I did a FaceTime first and then I invited them over for dinner with their two kids, Kanye and her husband. I wanted to meet them all face-to-face. I wanted to feel and see if this energy was going to work for us. She was amazing, and her husband was so great.
It’s interesting that Khloe said she wishes someone was honest about surrogacy when Kim seemed to be pretty honest about the experience.
Did they not talk about it?
