It looks like Al Pacino is doing damage control. As you all know, the 83-year-old actor shocked the world by getting his 29-year-old girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, pregnant.
And a few days after the pregnancy news was released, there was a report going around claiming that Pacino demanded Noor get a DNA test because he believed there was no way he could get someone pregnant at his age.
But according to the man himself, there’s no bad blood between him and Noor. In fact, he says this pregnancy is special and he can’t wait to meet his new baby.
He told the Daily Mail, “It’s very special. It always has been. I’ve got many kids, but this is really special coming at this time,” adding that he did not know if they’re expecting a boy or a girl.
According to the reports, Noor is eight months pregnant, so they will find out soon enough.
The Oscar winner already shares daughter Julie Marie, born in 1989, with Jan Tarrant, and twins Anton James and Olivia Rose, born in 2001, with Beverly D’Angelo.
Pacino doesn’t often talk about his personal life, but during an interview way back in 2002, he did talk about the highs and lows of being a parent.
Family is a major part of my life now. There’s a sense of being at home and a feeling of belonging which I’ve never had before. But you gotta be in shape, man! I go out to dinner and I’m talking to a very interesting person and I’m falling asleep!
He was 62 then! Imagine how tired he’s going to feel at 83!
