Serena Williams has made it known that she really wants her 6-year-old daughter Olympia to grow up playing tennis just like she did when she was young.
Sadly, earlier this year, Serena revealed Olympia doesn’t really like playing tennis all that much even though she’s great at it.
That’s a little disappointing for me, but she’s actually really good at it. So we are trying to figure out a way to get her to play a little bit. Maybe I can push her into tennis by getting other kids to have a group lesson, I think that’s what I’m gonna do.
And it looks like she may have found a way to connect with Olympia on the tennis court because a new photo just dropped on Olympia’s instagram account, showing her working on her backhand.
The photo was captioned, “Papa is my ballboy.”
Alexis Ohanian commented on the post, simply writing, “🙋🏻♂️!”
In addition to her skills on the tennis court, Serena has revealed Olympia is also really enjoying playing the piano.
She likes tennis, but I don’t know. Honestly, she likes playing piano. And she’s teaching me! Like, I’m not even kidding. I have a baby Mozart, [but] of course every parent thinks they have like, a baby Beethoven or whatever.
