Going into labor at a Pink concert? Yep! During the first night of Pink’s Australian Summer Carnival stadium tour, she had to stop the show to acknowledge a fan who went into labor in the audience.
As the crew worked to get the woman out of the audience safely, Pink joked, “I feel like we shouldn’t be looking. Everyone give her her privacy!”
She then laughed about the song she was singing just before this…
Wow, ‘Our Song,’ that was the one that did it. Wouldn’t have called that one! I thought it would’ve been ‘Get The Party Started’ or ‘Never Not Gonna Dance Again,’ That’s exciting. I don’t even know what to say. But we have to sing now. Good luck! It’s gonna be great! You’re gonna do great.
Not longer after the special moment, Pink brought her 12-year-old daughter Willow on stage with her to perform their single, Cover me in Sunshine.
What’s interesting is that this is not the first time a mom-to-be has gone into labor at a Pink concert. Back in August of last year, a mom went into labor at Pink’s show and ended up walking a mile to the hospital to avoid the heavy traffic around the stadium.
So if you’re currently pregnant and can’t wait for your baby to be born? Just go to a Pink concert!
