Bradley Cooper is one of Hollywood’s most talented actors. He got his start in blockbuster comedy films, but has since transitioned to more dramatic roles. He’s also started directing and writing as well.
Basically, he’s a rare triple threat in Hollywood, but all that stuff doesn’t matter to him nearly as much as being a father.
During a conversation on Dax Shepard’s ‘Armchair Expert‘ podcast, the 49-year-old actor talked about his 6-year-old daughter Lea, who he shares with his ex Irina Shayk.
“Being a parent? Honestly, I’m not sure I’d be alive if I wasn’t a dad. I don’t know,” Cooper admitted. When Dax asked him what would have happened, Cooper replied, “I don’t know. I don’t know, man.”
Pretty vague, but hey, we’re not going to question him. We’re sure becoming a parent has saved a lot of lives out there, or at least got them back on the right track.
Elsewhere in the podcast, Cooper revealed he didn’t have the greatest relationship with his dad. In fact, he believes he’s already spent more time with his daughter than his father ever did with him.
I’ve clocked that she’s going to be 7 in March. You know my relationship with my dad, [I didn’t ] spend a lot of time with him. I think I’ve already logged more hours with my daughter than I did with my dad his entire life. So that alone is bonkers.
Sounds like he’s a great father. Honestly, sounds like he’s great at just about everything he does in life. Must be nice!
