If you watched the original ‘Jersey Shore‘ years ago, you probably had the thought, “There’s no way any of these people are going to be parents one day!”
Well, we were all wrong. A lot of the former cast members have matured, and most of them have even started families.
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has three kids with her husband, Jionni LaValle. They have a 12-year-old named Lorenzo, a 10-year-old daughter named Giovanna and a 5-year-old boy named Angelo.
During a recent conversation with PEOPLE, the 36-year-old reality star talked a little about her home life, explaining how she manages the chaos in the days before school.
Angelo is definitely the easiest because he’s in pre-K. My older son’s very easy because he’s a teenage boy. He’s probably gonna wear these clogs to school. He’s definitely gonna steal them. That’s like his look, the clogs. It’s just the sweatpants look. He looks like he’s going to bed. She’s like in her teenage era right now where she wants to always look pretty and done up and going to Sephora and get the 100 creams. I’m like, ‘You really don’t need that, you’re 10 years old.’
Now that her oldest is almost a teenager, she’s definitely missing those earlier years when all they wanted to do was cuddle.
I miss him being like cuddly and like always like wanting Mommy. There’s still moments where he’ll hug me or whatever, but he’s definitely growing into himself and starting to like girls and stuff like that. It makes me upset, but at the same time, I’m so proud of him and seeing him grow and excel in sports and everything.
That’s parenthood for you! You do everything for those little rugrats, and then when they hit 13, they want nothing to do with you!
