It’s hard to believe, but Drake’s son Adonis just turned 7-years-old! The 37-year-old rapper hosted a SpongeBob-themed birthday party for his son this past weekend.
He went on his Instagram account to celebrate the milestone and share a few photos from the special day.
Drake captioned the photos, “Big Don. 💘”
For those who don’t know, Drake shares Adonis with French artist, Sophie Brussaux. Their co-parenting relationship got off to a rocky start. Drake wasn’t 100% sure he was the father in the beginning.
But now that it’s all sorted out, they’ve been co-parenting well, at least according to sources close to the rapper.
The 7-year-old now splits his time between living with his mom in France and visiting Drake in Los Angeles and Toronto, where the pair frequently sit courtside together at NBA games.
It’s nice to see Drake is so involved in his son’s life. It took him a bit to come around, but it looks like he’s finally embraced fatherhood.
