As most of you probably know, kids can be brutally honest at times. They haven’t really caught on to the fact that sometimes we lie or don’t say the full truth to protect someone’s feelings.
This is why pop star Jason Derulo previews his new music for his 3-year-old son Jason King before anyone else.
During an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, the 36-year-old hitmaker explained how his son doesn’t know how to lie yet, so he’s the perfect critic…
Yeah, he’s the new A&R. Sometimes you gotta let your kids do the work because they don’t know how to lie yet, so they going to keep it real.
And little King doesn’t just help his father with his music, he also lets him know if his outfits are good or not.
If you like, ‘Bubba, what you think of about this outfit?’ he be like, ‘Nah, uh-uh,’ But if you ask a random person, they’re going [to] be like, ‘Oh yeah, it’s cool.’
