Kim Kardashian loves that Kris Jenner is so involved in her kids’ lives, but sometimes, it can be a little too much.
During a recent appearance on iHeartRadio’s What in the Winkler?! podcast, the 44-year-old billionaire talked a little about Kris Jenner’s parenting style as a grandma to her four kids: daughters North, 11, and Chicago, 6, and sons Saint, 8, and Psalm, 5.
This is the one really frustrating thing that my mom does. My mom is like the most judgmental when it comes to snacks and candy. Then her house has every candy, ice cream — it’s like a kid’s heaven. So she invites us over and then my son went into a freezer last night to get — it’s her birthday, so she has cake — and he goes, ‘I don’t want cake, I want an ice cream instead.
So Kim’s son started eating some ice cream, and Kris watched him and said in a judgmental tone, “Look at him eating the ice cream.”
This drives Kim crazy…
I’m like, ‘You have it and you’re judging me?’ My mom judges me like I’m the worst because I allowed them to have an ice cream that they had at her house.
Gotta say, we’re siding with Kim on this one. That would be pretty annoying. If Kris is so concerned with their sugar habits, maybe she should hide the sugar when they come over to visit!
We’re just saying! Grandparents want to have their cake and eat it too!
