NBA superstar Stephen Curry, and his chef wife Ayesha Curry, surprised the world this past summer when they welcomed their fourth baby together. They had thought they were done at three, but little surprises happen sometimes.
And those surprises turn into blessings.
Ayesha talked to PEOPLE this week and revealed what she’s looking forward to most this holiday season. It’s not the presents or the food, it’s hanging up a little stocking for their latest addition.
We just had his stocking made. Never thought we’d be making another stocking, and yet here we are. And so I think it’s going to be a big deal in a couple of weeks when we go to hang up that extra stocking that we didn’t know we needed but now couldn’t have it any other way. I think that’s going to be really, really exciting and nostalgic. And I’m such a crier, I’m sure I’ll cry.
If you don’t cry at least once during the holidays, are you really experiencing the holidays? Tears and the holidays go together like peanut butter and jelly.
Ayesha admits she and Stephen were worried that their older kids might not be accepting of the new addition, but thankfully, everyone loves him and he fits right in!
Everybody loves him. He’s wonderful. He’s just the best thing ever. And so we’re experiencing everything all over again and it’s magical.
