Kristen Bell jumped on her Instagram account last week to wish her husband, Dax Shepard, a happy birthday.
The 44-year-old actress shared several photos of Dax, including one where he was pictured cuddling up with their two daughters, Lincoln and Delta.
Bell caption her sweet post, “Happy birthday to the most affectionate 220 lbs man that ever exsisted [sic]. I cannot imagine life without you 💚💕”
Kristen and Dax have talked a lot abut parenting throughout the years. In fact, last year, Bell was asked if she’d encourage her girls to become actors.
And she claims she was initially against the idea, but Dax made her reconsider her tough stance…
You know it’s interesting, when I first thought about it, I thought, ‘Oh, I don’t want them to be actors. There’s too much rejection.’ Then my husband said, ‘Wait, do you like your life? Do you have fun? Are you overpaid? Do you get to be creative every day?’ I said, ‘Yeah.’ He said, ‘Why would you not want that for your kids?’
It’s hard to argue with that. Money isn’t everything, but it can fix a lot of problems. We have to imagine Bell would be happy for her kids if they built up a $60 million net worth like her.
