Mindy Kaling was on Dax Shepard’s ‘Armchair Expert‘ podcast earlier this week to talk about her life and career.
As some of you may know, the former ‘Office‘ star has had huge success on Netflix in recent years, thanks to her hit show, Never Have I Ever.
The 45-year-old actress/writer loves to create stories centered around romance, but when it comes to her real life? Romance is the last thing on her mind.
“I don’t remember the last time I had a crush. I don’t have lust feelings,” she told Dax. She then talked about how she just welcomed her third baby one year ago, so that’s been taking up most of her free time.
If you’ve had to pump milk for a baby within the last six months, maybe you have to give yourself some time. I’m at that age.
Mindy’s story is an interesting one. No one knows who the father of her children is, as she’s been single for all three of them. Some people have speculated that her former ‘Office’ co-star, B.J. Novak, is the father. After all, he is their godparent.

He’s really part of our family, but we’ve known each other for a long, long time and I think anyone who’s been friends with someone for 18, 19 years and at one point dated and now doesn’t, they maybe understand this. You have exes that you wouldn’t necessarily marry now.
Sure, but we’re secretly hoping for them to find that romantic connection again. What a beautiful love story it would be!
