Even though Khloe Kardashian claims she’s romantically done with Tristan Thompson, after he cheated on her several times, she still has a huge soft spot for him in her heart.
In fact, last we heard, he was actually living in her house still part-time. Khloe claims the living situation is to benefit her 6-year-old daughter, True, who she shares with Thompson.
On a recent episode of ‘The Kardashians‘ Khloe explained that she lets True think she’s married to Tristan.
It’s the right thing to do for now. That’s what I wanna teach her. Get married, have kids. Right now, I believe you do things for your kids because kids should not be involved in adult problems.
We can certainly see her point. Too often adults will bring their children into situations that they shouldn’t be involved in, but at the same time, it’s important to be honest with your kids. We wonder how True will feel when she’s older and discovers her mom had been lying to her.
Khloe did admit lying bothers her, but mostly because she doesn’t believe she and Tristan portray a great married couple, “Oh, you’re married to someone and they don’t live with you. And you never have to kiss them or you don’t sleep in the same bed together.”
She went on to say that she hopes one day her kids can see her in an actual marriage with a husband she truly loves.
