Movie star Jennifer Lawrence is now a mom to a newborn and a 3-year-old, which means her life is pretty chaotic right now.
She and her husband, Cooke Maroney, welcomed their second bundle of joy last month. Not much is known about the baby, but we do know it’ll be joining their 3-year-old son, Cy.
A source close to the family talked to PEOPLE this week about how Lawrence is adjusting to mom life…
Jen’s doing well. Being back in that newborn phase with a toddler as well can be overwhelming, but Jen’s [got] such a great attitude. She’s meant to be a mom. She’s calm and just goes with the flow. Cooke’s a great dad too. They are good at balancing it all together.

Apparently, she gave birth to her second baby in New York City, which was a big change of location from her first birth in Los Angeles.
Another insider added that Lawrence is a “fun mom” and wants her kids to have privacy as they grow up…
She’s a fun mom and loves outings with her son. She’s also super protective. She wants her children to have as much privacy as possible.
