Liv Tyler says parenting is a top priority for her and her siblings.
The Incredible Hulk actress, 47, recently joined Oliver and Kate Hudson on their Sibling Revelry podcast, where she talked about how central parenting is in their lives. For those who don’t know, Liv is the daughter of rocker Steven Tyler and Bebe Buell.
Liv is a proud mom to three kids: Milo, 20, Sailor, 10, and Lula, 7, and she says her parents’ busy schedule when she was a kid has made her slow down in her own parenting journey…

It was like there was certain things that had to be accepted, and maybe parenting [was] not always first. And I would say that all four of us sibs, we’ve really prioritized parenting over anything at the detriment of relationships, career, whatever.
They say you can either repeat the mistakes of your parents or learn from them, and it looks like Liv has learned from them!
The Hollywood star doesn’t often talk about her kids in the media. In fact, one of the last times she did was way back in 2015, when she talked to More magazine about how parenting has shaped her…
My favorite thing about being a parent is that I learn so much from the push-and-pull dynamic of mother and child. Having children, I learned about my own strength.
