Ben Affleck celebrated the premiere of his new film, The Accountant 2, in Los Angeles earlier this week, and much to everyone’s surprise, Jennifer Lopez’s kids were in attendance.
Even though he and Lopez are no longer an item, they’ve remained in each other’s lives and it looks like they have a strong bond between their blended family.
While talking to reporters at the premiere, Affleck praised Lopez…
For the record, Jennifer Lopez is spectacular, great to my kids, great ongoing relationship with them. And I love her kids. They are wonderful. She is enormously important, [a] tremendous person of a lot of integrity who I adore and am grateful to.
It’s super sweet to learn that they’re still close, even after their marriage failed to work. We have to give them credit for attempting to make it work a second time around. There’s an obvious, lifelong connection, between the two stars. We wouldn’t be surprised if they tried a third time when they’re 70.
Affleck went on to talk about how happy he was to learn Lopez’s kids wanted to come out to support him and his movie…
That’s the kind of thing where the relationship that you have with children like that is a joy in my life. Those kids are amazing and I’m glad that this is a movie they want to come to. I love when all the kids come out.
