If you grow up with Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard as parents, chances are, you have a pretty great sense of humor.
You need an example? Well, this past Mother’s Day, Bell went on her Instagram account to share a photo of a card she received from one of her daughters.
The front of the card read, “Happy Father’s Day Mom” and started with a pretty sweet message, “Mom, I love you so much! To the moon and back!”
But the ending got a little more bold, “Happy Mothers Day you creative and consiterate [sic] bitch!”
She did not specify which daughter gave her the card. If you didn’t know, she has two daughters, 11-year-old Lincoln and 9-year-old Delta.
They appear to have a pretty happy family, and both Dax and Kristen make it a point to never show their daughters’ faces, which we can certainly respect.
Last year, Kristen was asked by Vanity Fair if her daughters have expressed interest in the ‘Frozen‘ franchise.
They certainly appreciate it in the fact that they can go to college because of it, but they’re not part of the Frozen phenomenon. Because kids are meant to make you feel grounded and they are meant to reject things their parents are involved in. Even if they secretly liked it, they would never tell me.
LOL! That ‘Frozen’ paycheck is good!
